We want you to love every brew, but if your Fellow gear isn't the perfect fit for your home cafe, we offer a 30-day return window for all products in their original packaging. Please note that coffee beans and custom-engraved items are final sale.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items.

Drop Off Package

Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
