What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your items ship, we will send a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for large furniture items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics network to more countries in the near future.
How should I care for my Fellow products?
Each product comes with a specific care guide. Generally, we recommend using a damp cloth for surface cleaning and avoiding harsh chemicals to preserve the finish of our materials.
